Fall 2024 Newsletter
We at Nogas hope this newsletter finds you and yours healthy. We are continuing our normal services for fall time leaf clean up cutting down all perennials as needed. Please note we are not on a normal weekly day schedule due to length of time some properties take longer than others due to amount of clean up needed.
Although the recent drought may have altered our routine maintenance, the accompanying storms have provided their own challenges in terms of access and clean ups. While we look forward to a fall season of routine maintenance and a smooth transition into winter, we are prepared to handle the unseasonable weather that comes with a Midwest fall.
Further, we have sent out the 2025/2026 Lawn and Snow Maintenance Contract renewals. If you have already returned your accepted contract, we thank you. If you have not, we ask that you return your signed contract as soon as possible. By renewing your contract at the guaranteed rate, you can enjoy a peace of mind knowing that you will receive the outstanding service you have come to expect without interruption. We value your business and look forward to continuing to serve your property.
Also, we have sent out proposals for winter dormant pruning, this helps plant growth and to reduce size of overgrown trees and bushes please let us know if you would like a proposal if you have not received one currently.
As always, we welcome your questions and concerns, and ask that if we can be of any assistance, please contact our office at 815-462-4475. Thank you in advance for the opportunity to continue building a successful, long-term relationship with your Association. We look for to celebrating our 33 years in business this upcoming year. We have grown because of our #1 priority Customer Service and our loyal customers so thank you for your business.
